Any training and diet plan will produce results for a time. But as we progress our training and dietary needs change and they need to be adapted. This is where the real skill of coaching comes in, it’s key to the whole process.
I train submissive men who are done hiding behind excuses.
My clients are typically aged 26–75—Executives, Entrepreneurs, Fitness Enthusiasts, and FtM submissives—men with ambition, but who’ve let their discipline slip or need a stronger hand to take control.
They crave structure, correction and real results.
I don’t work with everyone. This isn’t for those chasing a wank fantasy. If your main drive is kink without sweat, you’re in the wrong place. The weak get filtered out fast.

I keep our fitness training interesting, however I am a results-driven Accountability Badass and want you to achieve your goal in as little time that is needed for you to be a fitter, healthier version of you. I work with submissives ready to trade dopamine hits for discipline, porn for purpose, and comfort for control. Your body is the battleground, and I’m here to command it into shape.

The client intake process I have developed is purposefully detailed. I’ll find out if we get along and are a good fit before any commitments are made, and this leads to better results, happier clients, more referrals, and greater job satisfaction.

2) I’ll send you an email with some questions.
3) We'll have a Zoom or Email consultation . Consultation is $35
4) I’ll make a suggestion/prediction based on your goals, current physique, and training experience.
5) you’ll tell Me your thoughts and ask any questions.
6) If the coaching offer and pricing, $169/biweekly, is acceptable we’ll move forward. If not, just decline.
7) Start of coaching.

Three months minimum. On average, I work with clients for 8 months.
I don’t sugarcoat. I’ll hold you accountable for every bite you take and every rep you lift. You’ll learn to love the pain of growth, because real progress doesn’t come from comfort. My methods are intense, effective, and tailored to your needs. You want results? I’ll make sure you earn them.
No. Workouts are created based on where you plan to train and what equipment you can or cannot access.
Whether you have a home gym, plan to go to a gym, want to train outside, have no equipment, or prefer body weight only; I will create a program to fit your need to get leaner and stronger.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or experienced. I’ll meet you where you are and push you further than you thought possible. Be ready to work hard and trust My process. Submit your application to Me. Once accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how to begin your transformation. Remember, this is a privilege, not a right.
Absolutely. I don’t just hand out cookie-cutter plans, I design personalized programs that push you beyond your limits. Whether you're struggling to eat enough or need to crush your workouts, I’ll ensure you grow stronger, bigger, and more disciplined every step of the way.
Payments are typically through Paypal. Additional options may be discussed during the consultation process.
