Why do I call my team Sadistic Coaches? We are results-driven, accountability Badasses, don't dare let the pretty face fool you. 

First, let's take a look at the word sadistic. 

 1)adj. someone who takes pleasure in the pain of others
2) not to be confused with cruel, some one who is cruel is mean for the sake of being mean.

Our mission is to motivate you to achieve your best fitness and teach you how to take control of your body and find your inner strength.


Will there be times when you're going to be sore, not feel like working out or hurting from all the push-ups, squats and whatever else we demand you do? Hell yeah, and that's where the pleasure comes in, from seeing you put in the work, knowing that you are shedding unwanted fat, reshaping  your body, and putting on more lean muscle--training with me or any of my team of coaches is the key to building the body you desire. 

Every trainer out here is a little sadistic. We're just the first to say it out loud.

The Initial Set-up Phase

The  aim of the setup phase is to get you making the fastest possible progress towards your goals. During the application process, we’ll have a  deep initial discussion of goals and plans. If you choose to become a  client the initial set-up guidance will cover:

  • Macronutrient targets, example meal templates, with customization rules to help the food fit your  preferences, including personalized meal timing suggestions for your  schedule.
  • Body measurement and weigh-in guidelines.
  • training program tailored specifically towards your goals, experience, and schedule.

The Ongoing Guidance Phase: Support, Accountability, and Motivation

Any  training and diet plan will produce results for a time. But as we  progress our training and dietary needs change and they need to be  adapted. This is where the real skill of coaching comes in, it’s key to  the whole process.

  • We’ll have weigh-ins and measurements. I’ll make all and any necessary adjustments to your diet and training plan to keep you progressing.
  • We'll have a Skype call or meet in person.
  • You'll have tasks to complete.
  • You’ll learn how to become independent. I do not aim for repeat business, I aim for referral business. I want you to be walking around looking awesome for years so that people ask you how you did it.

Those that I am confident I can help.

This starts with the eligibility requirements. Further to that, if I don’t  think that we can get it to work given your current set of  circumstances, I’ll tell you. 

Those that are prepared to focus.

My coaching is exceptionally thorough. If you aren’t prepared to focus on our training together, my coaching is not for you.  

I keep our fitness training interesting, however I am results-driven Accountability Badass and want you to achieve your goal in as little time that is needed for you to be a  fitter, healthier version of you.

The Application Process

 The client intake process I have developed is purposefully detailed. We’ll find out if we get along and are a good fit before any commitments are made, and this leads to better results, happier clients, more referrals, and greater job satisfaction.

1)  Fill out the pre-qualifying form by clicking 'Apply Now' below.

2) I’ll send you an email with some questions.

3) We'll have a Skype meeting if you live abroad or meet in person.

4) I’ll make a suggestion/prediction based on your goals, current physique, and training experience.

5) You’ll tell me your thoughts. If we agree on things I’ll then send over a link to my services and prices.

6) If the coaching offer and pricing is acceptable we’ll move forward. If not, just decline.

7) Start of coaching.
